
Previously, according to news published by Splash News, Lindsay Lohan refused to answer questions whether he used cocaine when he was arrested the police because it was considered life-threatening others with a reckless way of driving.

Ed McPherson, Lindsay's lawyer, had previously tried to convince a judge to delay the first question until the court decides whether Lindsay had violated his parole or not. The lawyers had argued that his client should not be forced to answer that question but the judge apparently did not agree with Ed McPherson
